The total cost of Baylor's Entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy program is $113,618. This does not include travel expenses.

Travel expenses associated with the program can vary based on individual circumstances and are the responsibility of the student. This includes expenses such as transportation to and from Baylor University, lodging, meals, and incidentals. It is important to note that the program includes five on-site lab immersions in the first year of the program and two on-site lab immersions in the second year. We encourage students to plan ahead and budget accordingly for these expenses.

- These are estimated costs for the entire program. Tuition, fees, and costs are subject to change. Tuition for in-state and out-of-state residents is the same.
- Tuition includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Remote library resources
- Academic Live Care counseling services
- Technology resources and support
- Administrative support services
- Student Life Center access
- The Off-campus administrative fee is a flat-rate fee that is charged to all students taking online courses.
- On-campus parking, and athletic events attendance require the payment of Optional Fees. Please refer to the Optional Fees under Trimester.
- Estimated costs for textbooks and tablet clinical applications are based on current course requirements.
- Occupational therapy equipment costs include a student kit consisting of common clinical exam instruments (goniometers, tape measure, pulse oximetry, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff) and gait belt. A portable treatment table is highly recommended for personal practice.
- Students are required to have a laptop computer and mobile device in their possession at the time of the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program Orientation. Mobile broadband capability for the mobile device is suggested to provide an internet connection when a local wireless network is not available.Financial Aid
Scholarships
Baylor University’s Department of Occupational Therapy offers merit-based scholarships for incoming students. All students admitted into the Entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy program will be considered for a scholarship award. Applicants will be notified of an award, or of an opportunity to apply for a specific scholarship, following admission into the program.
Financial Aid
To be considered for federal, state, and Baylor need-based financial aid including loans, grants, and need-based Baylor scholarships, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There is no fee to complete the FAFSA. If at all possible, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to access your income tax return(s).
Baylor's school code is 003545. Baylor normally receives results of the FAFSA within two to three business days.
